The 2017 Black Aces is rich, ample and dark. Bold notes of black cherry, plum, chocolate, and licorice come together in ample, forward Cabernet that is very nicely done, especially within the context of the year. The 2017 is powerful, dense, creamy and inviting.

referred to having an “ace up your sleeve”. In addition to the label design of our Foundation wine, the label is the replica shape of an ice rink with our interpretation of skate marks on the ice. Similar to the way Black Aces
enrich their team with their experience, hard work and commitment to
excellence, this wine is a matured addition to any table.
Tastings Notes:
Black cassis, brambly blackberry with a slight dried lavender note, complimented by hints of cocoa powder. Full bodied, concentrated and supple with a black fruit profile and notes of graphite and mocha. A balance of power and finesse. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon (55% Panek, 35% GIII, 10% Orchard Ave. Merlot)
